Supreme

This is a very well-balanced and precisely carved classic set of Staunton chess pieces. What strikes at first glance is a knight (stallion) the ears of which are directed vertically upwards, symbolising vigilance and watchfulness his muzzle being scarcely open and his mane laying majestically on his back. The chessmen are felted which makes them move smoothely on the board. Black pieces are made of acacia and white ones of boxwood. This set includes two additional queens and pieces are weighted.
