How long do I have to return goods?

EU consumers have 14 days from receiving the order to return goods without giving a reason.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods safely.
- Include your order number/invoice.
- Send them back to our return address:

Please note: The portal generates the shipping label only. The cost of return shipping is charged later and depends on DPD rates. Return shipping is always at the customer’s expense (unless agreed otherwise).

Who pays the return shipping?

Return shipping is paid by the customer.
The DPD return label is provided for convenience, but the shipping cost will be charged according to carrier rates.

Will I get a full refund?

Yes, we refund the full purchase price including standard shipping costs.
If the goods were used more than necessary (scratches, missing packaging, incomplete return), the refund may be reduced to reflect the lower value.

How long does the refund take?

We refund within 14 days after you notify us of withdrawal. We may wait until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Do I have to pay customs outside the EU?

Yes. Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply in your country (e.g., USA, Australia).
These are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.
Please check your local customs office for details.

What is the warranty period?

- Consumers: 24 months (unless stated otherwise).
- Used goods: at least 12 months.
- Business customers (B2B): warranty is limited as permitted by law.

How do I claim warranty/defect?
